Benesch offers basic life insurance of 2x your annual salary up to $1,000,000 as well as accidental death and dismemberment coverage for full time employees at no cost to you. This coverage provides a cash benefit if you pass away or lose a limb. Your family will be protected with extra money to cover mortgage or rent payments, legal or medical fees, childcare, tuition, and any outstanding debts.

You may purchase additional, supplemental coverage to increase your coverage amounts. Please be sure to designate a beneficiary in PlanSource.

You have the option to add additional life insurance for you, your spouse and/or your dependents. AD&D is included in supplemental coverage.

• Employee: 1-8x annual earnings rounded to the next lower multiple of $10,000; Maximum $750,000
• Spouse: $5,000 increments up to $125,000, not to exceed 50% of employee amount
• Child: $1,000 increments up to $10,000
