Benesch is committed to supporting the educational advancement of the Firm’s non-attorney employees. This reimbursement policy aims to provide financial assistance to eligible employees pursuing job-related educational programs.
Eligibility
To be eligible for tuition reimbursement, employees must:
- Be a full-time permanent non-attorney employee who has completed at least three months of continuous employment with the Firm
- Be an employee in good standing with no current write-ups on file
- Pursue an approved degree or certification program related to their current position or a foreseeable future role within the Firm
- Remain employed with the Firm throughout the duration of the course(s)
Approved Programs
Eligible educational programs include:
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree programs at accredited institutions
- Professional certifications relevant to the employee's current or potential future role
- Individual courses that directly relate to the employee's job responsibilities
Reimbursement Amount
- The Firm will reimburse up to $5,250 per calendar year for approved educational expenses
- Eligible expenses include tuition, required textbooks, and mandatory fees
- For reimbursement, the final grade must be C or better, or “Pass” in a Pass/Fail system
