We’ve partnered with Carrot to provide greater navigation and support for fertility health care and diverse family-building paths.

This holistic benefit—available at no charge for employees covered by our medical plans—includes support for every journey. From adoption to doulas and various types of fertility assistance, Carrot provides personalized assistance as you seek to build your family.

Benefit Coverage

Benesch’s family building and reproductive health benefit is a $50,000 lifetime maximum*. If you are currently engaged in fertility support through Anthem, Carrot will help you transition with your current providers. Please note that fertility coverage is not offered through the Anthem Medical Plan, but instead through Carrot. You must engage Carrot to receive fertility benefits.

*Lifetime maximums date back to 2021 when the benefit was introduced.
