How to Use Your Benefit
- Select and enroll in the coverage that’s right for you and your pet. Visit metlife.com/getpetquote or call 1-800-GET-MET8 to enroll.
Once you’ve enrolled a single pet, you can click Add Pet to enroll multiple pets separately, and then follow the prompts to select the coverage you want for each pet. Once you select the coverage, you can view the total cost. - Download the mobile app.
- Take your pet to the vet and get whatever services are needed.
- Pay the bill within 90 days and submit the claim via MetLife’s mobile app, online portal, email, fax or mail.
- Receive reimbursement by check or direct deposit if the claim expense is covered under the policy.
