- In general, CVS, Walgreens, Giant Eagle, Walmart, Drug Mart, Costco, and many more common pharmacies are in the Express Scripts Network. Of note, Kroger in Columbus, OH, however, is no longer a covered pharmacy. Be sure to check if your specific pharmacy is in the network by using the Find a Network Pharmacy search tool.

Register with Express Scripts
Manage your medications anywhere, any time with express-scripts.com and the Express Scripts® mobile app.
- Go to express-scripts.com and select Register, or download the Express Scripts mobile app and select Register.
- Complete the information requested, including email address and personal information, and create a password.
- Once you’re registered, click Get Started to set your communication preferences. If you ever need to update them, select Communication Preferences from the menu under Account.
Getting Started
- Review whether your drugs are covered under the Express Scripts formulary using the Formulary Guide, Drug List Exclusions, and Specialty Drug List resources.
- If a drug is excluded, you will be made aware by April 1 and offered an alternative. Let your doctor know as soon as possible.
- Prescriptions will transfer if you fill them at a retail pharmacy, however you may need a new prescription if you choose home delivery through the Express Scripts Pharmacy.
- Accredo is Express Scripts' Specialty Pharmacy and offers 24/7 support from specialty-trained pharmacists and nurses for navigating your pharmacy coverage, answering questions, and administering your medication if you need help.
- Check if your current pharmacy is included in the Express Scripts network by using the Find a Network Pharmacy search tool.
- Consider Express Scripts' home delivery for prescriptions and the Smart 90 Program for a discounted 90 day supply of maintenance prescriptions.
- Price medications after your coverage begins by registering and logging into express-scripts.com and clicking on Price a Medication.
- Prior authorizations may transfer. After your coverage begins, you can contact Express Scripts at 877-263-2901 to verify if your PA transferred.
- Use your new Anthem/Express Scripts combined ID card once received.
Home Delivery
You can easily manage your home delivery prescriptions. Start by logging in at express-scripts.com.
If you have a NEW prescription:
- Click “Request an Rx” and we’ll reach out to your doctor for your prescription.
- Or, simply contact your doctor to request a 90-day prescription e-prescribed directly to Express Scripts Home Delivery.
- Please allow 5 to 7 days from the time we receive your prescription until it arrives at your door.
If you already have a prescription:
- Click the My Medications link.
- You can refill and renew prescriptions for yourself and your family simply by clicking “Add to Cart” on each.
- You can also transfer prescriptions to home delivery and enroll prescriptions in convenient auto-refills.
- Check order status online or with our app to view details and track shipping.
