Tuition reimbursement is available to employees and is provided to accredited schools for job-related courses, provided the final grade is C or better.
Reimbursement for tuition expenses will be limited to a maximum of four (4) terms/classes per year. The Firm will not make any reimbursement for registration fees, textbooks, workbooks, or other in-class materials.
Any tuition reimbursement in excess of $5,250 will be reported as taxable income.
Below is a schedule of tuition reimbursement based on the Employee Type:

* Paralegals pursuing certification will be reimbursed 100% of tuition costs until certification is obtained, provided the attending educational institution has been approved by the Firm.
It is necessary to obtain reimbursement approval prior to registering for the course to determine if it qualifies as a job-related course. Please submit all requests via the Tuition Refund Request form to the Chief Human Resources Officer after receiving supervisory approval.
